Yes MTPockets, I've seen your post about stacking. I like stacking too, for these reason I was suggesting the stacking as a new feature of the EA, if Krismitt consider this opportune.
I've made some tests with gold, but not optimization yet. All the tests have been made with "every tick", and "visual model", by this way I have a clear idea how this EA works, and I have some conclusions and/ or suggestions. 1. The EA is designed to consider higher time frames, but the trades are executed in shorter time frames when the trends are in the same direction. There are two fundamental principles which are very active behind the scenes of this thread and they are:-
1. Simplicity; we want to keep the system as simple as possible; and
2. Freedom; the EA is Coded with options for just about every setting so that Traders can do whatever works for them in terms of the settings.
1. The EA is designed to consider higher time frames, but the trades are executed in shorter time frames when the trends are in the same direction. I've made tests with W1+D1+H4, D1+H4 and D1 (entries with 4h and 1h), and in my opinion, W1 is useless, because all the trades are closed after a few hours. It makes more sense, in my opinion, to delete the W1 and add 1H, because the system is short time oriented.
[Krismitt] The EA is deliberately coded to consider higher time-frames and much depends on the time horizon of the individual trader (Scalper, Day Trader, Swing trader Etc.). The following chart explains why we have coded the EA to include for the weekly time-frame:-
Most importantly, however, is that the EA is designed to allow each trader the freedom to use whatever higher time-frame he/she wishes. The weekly time-frame is included for "whosoever will". I do.

3. In my first post, I said I work with a similar idea, and as you, I want to avoid range periods, so I been trying and testing different methods. This is one of the best I've found and maybe you will find it useful for your system. I use a Bollinger band...

Hi,
I started last week week testing on SILVER. This is a set of trades that shows the Martingale in action.
I set the timeframe to H1 so that the trades are better visible in the screenshot. The EA is running in H4.
This week I will run it on 28 pairs (H4).

Another example for SILVER...
As you can see it took a SELL where I would only expect a BUY.
The trend lines clearly show an up trend. This could be because my settings are not correct. I wll have to check that.
PS: This trade was initiated on the H1 TF.
