{image} {image} I saw two decent opportunities so far today but I haven't taken any. For the first one, I wasn't available. Even if I was, not sure I would have taken it as it barely met my criteria. For the second one, it was counter trend trade and I was hesitating. Currently gold is stuck between 1H 50 EMA and 200 EMA. Perhaps not easy to trade I guess....

{image} Currently, it's overly extended (far away from major MAs in major TFs) and risky. It may collapse any time. Professionals like Senja or Steve can quickly scalp in small swings in either side but it's not recommended to amateurs like me. The first one I mentioned earlier was much less risky.

Thank you both Steve and Emma for very good inputs. That's really helpful indeed. I had two problems in today's trading. First, price is overly stretched from the major MAs (50 and 200 EMA in my case) in major TFs. Second, MMA based strategy has some difficulties in catching sudden sharp reversion on the ZoI or S/R timely. I prefer some natural wider swings with smooth bounces and 'pretty' MMA stacking up. Today's PA is not ideal for my strategy. I guess this is easier to amateurs... {image}
