Disliked{quote} You say, that the crowd is coming on board now. But I can not see it in the volume print. For me just now a sucker rally.Ignored
Disliked{quote} well, assuming that technology is able to handle a 77-fold in data in just 3 years seems to stretch Moore's law a bit, I think. Now we can discuss, if Moore's law is applicable here...... Regarding the tulips: it was just a joke, analogy etc for another Mania If you think that the world will change all of their habbits and thinking (especially regarding Gold, especially regarding socio-economic, socio-psychologic) you are welcome to buy all the Bitcoins you can afford to buy and even more - just sit out the randomly occurring draw-downs...Ignored
Disliked{quote} i mean in the forecasting the future kind of way - as in wave 3 of this wave up and then the next one after that. I don't mean tonight - we're at the base of a great wave - that's what i mean by early adoption: I'm not waiting for the outside world or mainstream to confirm for me that this is going up on increasing volume - the 5 people posting here are anticipating it and wanting to get in as economically as possible. Hey, didn't you say you wanted to trade Bitcoin a while back?Ignored
Disliked{quote} I'm actually not that kind of bitcoin optimist. And I don't care much for polemics. I was just pointing out how technology had change in the past 3 years and how it might change in the next 3. XX fold isn't that impossible, that's 3 1⁄2-inch floppy disks to CD. Looking into medical 3d-printers is definitely worth the time, first it's fascinating and then, the implications in relation with other tech' become simply mind blowing ! To me, 518btc " instant buy" can somewhat be relevant, the last time I've seen it in a one-sec transaction...Ignored

Disliked{quote} trade in the way of buying low and waiting for selling really high missed the fist boats LOLIgnored
Disliked{quote} don't worry so did I - and I called the low of $450 (MtGox) a month before an still somehow pulled a Mr Bean on myself and my fellow traders here by not buying at that low... A week ago I noticed $1000 coming up on the chart window again and realized that Bitcoin is not the dream EW machine I thought it was! It's tricksy for me because I've learnt to second guess every market move trading forex and Gold. But some n00bs show up here and they're like: "Can you guys help me learn to trade Bitcoin - I bought at that post-China $450 low, so now...Ignored
Disliked{quote} the XX-fold thing is getting harder and harder to achieve. Some people at Intel are already claiming Moore's law death, because in many areas we do not see the old adage of doubling speed/capacity etc. all two years. Under this light, a 77-fold increase is a significant hurdle. But maybe they find another way to shorten the block-chain. 3D-printers are a very interesting topic lately. Yesterday I read, that some aeroplane manufactures are starting to print some parts. Look at a MtGox chart from today. Around 2pm GMT there was a heavy sell...Ignored

Disliked{quote} Hehehe, so now we shall bring BTC down to sub 10, so that we both can load the boat LOL Personally, for me BTC is simply to volatile, way to manic the moves. I need instruments with good defined S/R-levels So I stay with mainly EU, UJ, GU and GoldIgnored
Disliked{quote} I hear you, but surely thou does jest me saying "Gold"? That is the most unpredictable and loss-inducing instrument i've known in my trading career. It does do S/R but the combination and order of visits to former levels changes randomly and the waves cannot be counted intraday - I know. What's most upsetting for me with Gold is that it's payouts are really good IF you get lucky. Fair enough buy today and after two days or two months you might or might not be in profit - there is no consitency - it's been noodling erratically around 1210...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Look we don't need to press the issue about storage and Moore's Law. James Brown said: "Take some. Leave some. There's enough in the pantry for everyone." As I mentioned in a previous post I am using an Android wallet that has already solved the blockchain size problem - in fact, there never was a problem - journalists distort these things because they're honourless wormtongues. On the militancy of my fellow Bitcoin thread members... we talk tough because we take a lot of flack here - Bitcoin is an innovation that is somehow drawing a lot...Ignored
