Probably they widened the spread at NFP. Did you check what was the spread?
Hello something happend today for my eyes (and it happend before multiplytimes),
I opened a trade on EURAUD and there was a moment i could place my SL to profit = 0, trade whent into my favor but their was a correction (what seems for now), the pip did NOT hit the SL even close but the trade still got closed...,
As you can see on the image the green line is my opening price/sl and the red one is where the trade got closed, i work with really thight stop losses and wondered multiply times why a trade got closed even when it did CLEARLY not hit the SL (this is a gap of 35/40 pippetes), all this things cost me money
The error message received is "2017.04.12 08:08:58.306 '11243157': order buy limit 3.00 USDJPYmicro opening at 109.000 sl: 0.000 tp: 0.000 failed [Trade is disabled]"
Previously I never have this kind of problem.
And I tried to seek help from your Live Chat but failed too.

Dear Macau,
From what I see from the screens you have shared you must be having some kind of general problem connecting to XM altogether.
The reason I say that is because you cannot seem to connect to the live chat nor the trading terminal.
I would ask you if your internet connection is ok, but since you have internet to be posting here, I guess thats an invalid question.
I really cannot give you any solid answer but it seems so, so strange you cannot connect to any XM server including the live chat window.
May I ask which country you are trying to connect from?

Thank you for the reply, the problem has solved.

What you see there are dividend charges on positions which you have or had on FRA40 (CAC40).

I was wondering is it possible to have negative balance but positive equity or you will initiate margin call?Am asking this because i have been taking losses but my profits run and am about to be negative in balance but my equity is way big.
