Just came across this (links below). Proposed tax would be about 10 - 25 cents per hundred dollars exchanged. I figure, at 1:100 leverage, $1,000 margin to control a standard 100k lot could result in taxation of up to $250. 25% loss right off the bat. Don't think it's picked up any significant traction, but wouldn't this effectively kill the game as we know it? Any insight?
