Hello everyone,

I would like to ask if anyone could help me modify the trailing stop for this EA such that it works this way :

For example:
"Trailing Start" = 100
"Trailing Stop" = 25
"Trailing Step" = 5

Once you get to a 100 points profit, the trailing sl feature will trigger. A Stop loss will be placed at the 75 points level (100-25) then every 5 points the SL will move toward profits for the orders.

Most importantly, the trailing stop feature is based on the profit of the overall basket buy/sell positions; Not individual order trailing stop feature.
Currently, the trailing stop function is buggy. Sometimes it appears, sometimes it doesn't.

Hello everyone,


There are many systems where the indis were poorly coded and don't update in the strategy tester. If you are trying to check these systems out you have to manually reload the template as the bar's progress to see any new arrows (which is tedious, to say the least).
.
I wonder if its possible to make an indi that will reload the template every new bar that appears on the strategy tester???

So than we can open strategy tester with a blank ea and load the template with the indicator that was poorly coded along with an indi that will reload the template every bar. I think its a good idea.

Obviously, we would have to save the template we want to load with the template-reloading indi itself beforehand. I believe it's a simple solution that would work

Goodnight,

I am looking for an MT5 indicator- Specifically, the indicator must sync Mt5's Crosshair Tool across two or more charts and Time Frames and also have the feature to sync chart scrolling across two or more charts. I am not sure if such features are available elsewhere, nonetheless any assistance in this regard will be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

hi coder, can you help me to upgrade this indicator.

where initially one GBP index price line (white line) added 2 LWMA Moving Average lines (lime line and aqua line) With these 2 MA lines,

so I can more easily read the movement trend of the GBP index.

LIME line : MA method LWMA Period 20 apply to close width 1
AQUA line : MA method LWMA Period 100 apply to close width 1

I don't want to see consecutive arrows. This indicator gives multiple arrows on a single bar especially when you set candlesize to a lower value. Although giving multiple arrows is not bad, I just want to reduce that number. I think a counter may come in handy for skipping several arrows.

Greetings dear fellow traders!

I wonder if there is someone who's skilled in making simple buttons on indis to help me with such mod of simplest blank.mq4 which only creates a blank separate window.

Currently I am using this to control the height of separate window - say I want for some indicators it to be fixed to 200. But I'd like to have a button which after clicking on it will set the height to 0 and the window will be again flexible until I fix it again to 200. Thanks!

No sorry. Just want the same indicator as I posted only I want the lines to be drawn to fullscreen. Now the lines are matched to the highest and lowest candle on the screen. Which is pretty anoying when you zoom in and out.
