No. 60s=1min, so the parameter TimeDelayS is limited 0-59.
No need to set so big. If the EA doesn't close the trade because of time delay, then I think your network is not suit to run EA.
PS: The EA will close trade at Friday 23:00 o'clock if you set TF=W1.
