Hello guys new here read all the thread i do not understand everything explained in this but i try to documente myself on this strategy. I just have one question to begin, my broker won't let me open two opposite position at the same time is this normal ? ( i'm on capital.com trading normally with VSA volume market structure nd all that crap) Thx you for your time

i hope u all held your hedge and rode the big drop wow, not sure if its in strategy but i kept selling all the way down to the support at 5160 and then took off the earlier sells from down at the edge too now just left with one hedge which will take off shortly unless we get another big move before the close.. all on Demo as i get my head around the possibilities and range of Probabilities that this technique can unfold

you can ask them for hedging account. sometimes, or look for one, I am using pepperstone.

Firstly, I draw structure for you guys so you can visually see what we are doing.

On this Picture, Price start to Climb, We Have 3 Hedge position here. Please note how we redistribute the space of the hedge position accordingly as the price climb.
after we reach the top, We remove the BUYS order positive and place another Sell order on top. On the way down, Sell on top become so green. the 3rd Hedge sell is the first one to go positive, 2nd & 1st got lessen drawdown, then on the 2nd level, (3rd hedge is so green and 2nd is at BE already),

on this way the last hedge into whcih is so deep, I can close everything as the Top Sell (3rd Hedge and 2nd) compensate the 1st Positiion.

I hope I can explain to you this into clearer way.

today we target 100+ pips into our hedge ok, we will be less order this time, but we will earn more ok.

Chief, this scenario is good only when the price behave and react at sell area.
What if the opposite were to happen?

If the price breaches the sell zone and continues to go upward after buys have closed, the remaining sells would be unhedged.
Even though previous buys would offset some drawdown, the current sells would face unlimited exposure (loss).
