Clearly this is not maintenance when they -move- customers accounts from the London servers to the New York servers
now know to be silent -migration- without letting customers know which effectively did the following:
1. created new ctrader accounts on NY, loosing LON transactional and statistical history information
2. forced use of icmarkets ctrader version, disabling ctrader spotware version without notification
3. stopped sending daily statements from icmarkets ctrader, despite being enabled in ctrader?
4. doubled the average spreads from 0-0-0.1 to 0.2-0.4 which seems to have been the goal?
5. broken api/communication to TradingView rendering interface useless
Im sure this created havoc Monday morning not knowing why traders held positions weren't accessible
which safer traders would have closed out held position at a profit or loss probably or faced the kaos?
I certainly wasn't told any of this was happening and had to workout spotwave version of ctrader was
going to be disabled and icmarkets version was the only way to continue by re downloading and resetting
password because we were on new server now?
So I ask is this what all other ctrader users experienced? and is this normal practices with IC Markets which made
it even worse when they don't answer phones or emails knowing migration events need more staff answering calls emails?
Not only that, to this date we have no idea that data has been lost/not migrated and when if it will be restored to the
new servers and sending daily statement will be restored?
Do let me know your experience with this "maintenance" and past events?
