Dxy wanted to fully fill it, but lost, or we might consider it filled and dropped where it suppose to be.
CPI was positive, but only on paper,cause it was like forecasted or even better. But it means, Inflation is getting back, and they have no chance to cut Rates atm.
So in few words, News was positive on paper, but bad for USD.
We will see better picture tomorrow, cause Lots of news that can change direction of wind.
And remember,its only September, first month after summer. Risky for experienced ,and even more for new traders in fx market.
My opinion, depends on Asia, ill go long without waiting, but as I said , news might change direction.

I have one question to traders here because i am not expert in this matter.

In head and shoulder pattern, if right shoulder is above the left shoulder then is there any significance of it?

I think not really .
Cause pattern trading is executable in many different ways. Like you asked is there any significance in it, if i used that pattern, and would see picture like that and would like execute the trade according to that pattern ,i would feel the same as it would be vice versa
When ill be older,maybe ill consider pattern trading

better pattern is QM than SHS I think, better probability and smaller SL can be placed

no significance... its about the neckline.. or the top of the head... swing highs dont mean as much as the lows or highs when it comes to reversals
