Bears are struggling at this key level....if succeed to cross this hurdle then 1945 first and then can directly attack to 1902. So price is crawling in a very very sensitive zone be care full and trade safe.

Could it be possible for the price to go down even further due to another rate hike of up to 7% expected on the 26th? This might give the bears a reason to push the price down and establish a downtrend, right?.

For me i see Gold going upto 1975/80 ish before the next sell off to 1940s TAKE CARE. MANAGE RISK ACCORDINGLY
The only thing you can Control in the markets is how much you wanna lose. How much you are gonna make doesnt matter. Newbies think the other way as i did when i started out

who ever is suggesting gold collapse is literally fooling themselves .
Gold is extremely bullish in on daily TF and sooner or later it will cross 2000 mark again and will head towards new target of 2500 .

Technically yes. DXY is bullish so naturally gold will keep dropping lower. But with news on Monday it could make a bullish turn you never know what the numbers will say. If you’re trading usd cross pairs make sure you track the USD as well. Lot of people don’t and lose their minds when gold makes sudden moves.

Learn the basics first like strong resistance levels, support levels, breakouts, fake breakouts, candle stick formations and patterns. Stick to lower timeframes 1M/5M/15M pick a chart you’re comfortable with from the above and target TPs on the liquidity levels shown in the charts. Learn to spot price rejection on the lower time frames it will help you a lot. Don’t even think of day trading or swing trading. SCALP until you get the hang of the basics and the volatility. Don’t be blindsided by trading on charts and technical analysis only. Read news, economic news, global news to understand its impact on gold market. Gold is naturally considered a safe haven asset so major world news will impact it heavily. Like the whole Russia Wagner situation, Russian index dropped like crazy Russian investors started buying gold. Gold which was bearish atm started an upward march out of the blue. Read read read absorb as much information as you can. Don’t just rely on charts to show you the way. Start small always, risk less than 5% a trade until you get the hang of the things.

If you still aren’t sure, trade demo until you’ve doubled your equity and then switch to live account.

Always remember, BUY the dip & SHORT the highs. Never sell at a low expecting it to go down further. Never buy at the high expecting it to go higher.

Exactly. As a trader you CANNOT expect price to get to your target in 2 minutes. Time and patience is key. And remember. The market will ALWAYS try to FOMO you in and scare you out.

Maybe but will look for logic! But gold is extremely bullish if breaks up may target near 2800, hope not as it may need greatest economic disaster but great disaster can be! So still safe heaven!

Price can keep on slowly creeping up even while there are serious divergences.

There are serious divergences on many investment classes right now. Think of it this way, don't you find it peculiar that gold has only appreciated by 2% against the USD in the past 11 years? You should find this concerning. Think outside the box.

Also, gold going up would not signify a crisis as gold is not currently a risk off/safe haven asset.

Chart patterns and trendline breaks are extremely speculative and have less than a 28% chance of follow through.

About from 2000 to 2011 it rose 600%. Then we had low inflation period. Basically it was in a consolidation period. Maybe 4th time visiting the 2070 will create a breakout.

Consolidations before breakouts don't look that sloppy.

If you believe so strongly in chart patterns or S/R then what about the triple top? You are talking about a quadruple top which would be extremely bearish if you believe in price action.

Between 1980 and 2000 gold did nothing but CRASH.
