seems to be a trend if it’s bearish before NYO then after it usually retraces a bit
and vice versa although if the mood is bullish it gives little back to the bears

3 sessions 3 different players so is the sentiment.
Its very hard to remain objective if we trade all day.
Often we caught up with the previous session bias and end up wrong side of the momenttem.

There are only handfull of bigger swings in a month.
But 5 dollar moves or 50 pip move all day all sessions
Atleast 7_10 trades in a day.

You're right. Many people want to get a $50 move off Gold. But if one is able to just get a $2 move off Gold everyday, going by 1 lot, that would be $200 a day, $1000 a week and $4000 a month. $4000 a month won't make you rich, but it can improve the quality of your life by a very substantial amount.
