Yes, true.
On Monday, @2689.77 buyers failed to pressure so sellers took over. Now my thought, if buyers gets there again with good pressure, they will go higher.

immediate top failure limits are 2679.77 and 2676.58 . any get signal breaks / bounce and back will short , take care
