My opinion, the only chance to buy is from D1 support level. If H4 create another extreme below pivot D1, this would be good opportunity to sell.

Up trend, run on rank 1960 - 1890, 2 doji candles go up from 1890, build up run almost the ending, if closing price is at above MA21, get the buy order.
Or to be safer and avoid hunting stop loss, wating for price go below range 1900, get buying 1890-1900.\.

Anyone got any thoughts on how they orchestrated the gold smash?

I realise the price was overbought on Daily timeframe, but that's one helluva diagonal overhead resistance from April 18th on H1. So many times expecting to see that break and surge back up. I guess it will at some point and patience is the key? I suppose it is conditioning so that next time is approaches $2000 everything thinks it will retrace but then it's one of those where it sails right through as if it weren't there anymore.

It just breakout Fibonacci 50.0%
and in my personal opinion, Today it will try to testing the next support level 61.8% (1889.82)

  1. Resistance 3 : (2071.30)
  2. Resistance 2 : (2000.58) Fibonacci 23.6%
  3. Resistance 1 : (1959.91) Fibonacci 38.2%
  4. Support 1 : (1924.48) Fibonacci 50.0%
  5. Support 2 : (1889.82) Fibonacci 61.8%
  6. Support 3 : (1843.77)

Yes, I do - but the path is fraught with pain for anyone trying to trade it.
My bullishness in the last week has been painful with the US Dollar surge.

I have concluded this war is also a currency war so it is reasonable to expect ongoing price silliness -
looking at other instruments to trade, long physical gold.

Hi, its easy to trade, just start stacking gold till 2023. As long as your conviction is real

as for daytrading i will be shorting jpy, definitely more complicated
