$1 is 10 pips actually so if you want want to sell gold to $1940 area you gotta make some room of accepting that gold could go into ATH price zones of $2080 or beyond and then fall to that target area. Trading to me is a business of probability and possibilities, potential look for sell trades in a buy market is like catching a falling knife

To me it is unnecessary to talk in terms of pips. Just difference in dollars is more clear. And gold is very dangerous to trade.

Hello guys,

My analysis show that the potential for gold to reject 2100.

with large monthly resistance, i believe 2-3 days to take effect. Also we have last resistance on 2150 for rejection.

Because gold can move in very tight ranges of three four dollars for long hours and then move suddenly in some direction and we don’t know how large the range will be. Sometimea 40 sometimes remains at 10 range.
And the sudden move can be very fast in couple of minutes it can reach ten dollars.
If you are on the wrong side with high leverage you can loose alot.

a world wide plague couldnt get gold to breakout above 12 year resistence
profit gouging masquerading as inflation couldnt do it
the russian ukie war wasnt able to do it
and i dont think a skirmish over a plot of useless desert will do it either LOL

im short and underwater...2100 dollars under water but im gona short above 2081 if gets there cause a comet hasnt struck earth and thats the only thing that will make gold breakout and stay over that aqua line LOL

all this advance was because of the cease fire and thanksgiving friskiness

Look at price reaction, Gold Looks to be in pattern breakout mode.
Not sure resistance will hold.

I think the first significant retracement would come at 2132 - 2129
