This is nearly perfect balance. Oanda is a very sophisticated enterprise, why else would mandelbrot mention them.(in one of his books)
Since all the other brokers have more like a 30%/70% ratio, I would imagine that oanda is really leting its customers freely do what they want to do: to trade.
