Hi Jesse,
Waveforms are outside my trading style comfort zone so I cannot help or offer any skilled opinions sorry.
I tried & looked & examined, but in the end wondered what more was I trying to achieve.
(for me it was a bit like the Pareto principle, if what you do works say 80% what am I expecting for myself from the extra 20%, knowledge?, money? who knows)
Each to their own.
I was all over target trading which george showed in his thread.
George then examined very deeply his own understanding of wave cycles which he presented in this thread below ,

Iīve been lurking for a while and since TT expressed his wish to see other traders charts and hear their opinions, I will take the opportunity to post a chart of mine and give my 2 cents.
I hope it can be useful for some other traders out there.
First I would like to start with a little bit of the logic behind trading.
Trading is one of the oldest activities known to mankind, it has been around since we walk on the earth surface.
Intrinsic to trading is the agreement on value of the subject to be traded.
Trading do not have to be complicated or remind some kind of esoteric, some say that digital trading has become the astrology for the middle aged man. It doens`t have to be so.
Following this logic I believe that there are some pretty simple things to be taken on account when you decide to put your money on risk.
- How much time are you willing to invest in trading
- How much money are you willing to lose on a trade
- At what price are you willing to buy and at what price are you willing to sell
- Where is price at the moment of your deal
Those are all pretty obvious questions but that a lot of traders seem to forget when looking at the screens and waiting for indicator Y align with indicator X on the ascendent omega....
Thatīs my 2 cents on what we do. Below one of my charts.

Yes, OK, I know, another chart hahaaaBut we can always look from a different perspecitive. An observation/assesssment chart and not a trade chart. Splitting the swings up mathematically, but with my only real fascination here at the 50%. In my view its still all market mechanics and what may be happening inside the coffers of those that can move such things. . . {image}

I have posted two charts below, of the same day & timeframe, showing how different traders might trade the same market but from different views.
I always like to post also that I believe there is no just ONE way to trade our markets or one way that is BEST.
Lol, I have posted straight now for over a month hahaa
and the other day offered an alternative chart view via a 50% swing midpoint and I encourage traders to show or post their own chart views whatever they are and whenever they want.That then takes some pressure off me
and I will always take note of what other traders are showing on charts with interest.Now I will say that some posters on some threads that I have seen in the past might suggest traders are blind if they don’t examine a chart in only that persons own way of seeing the market. That type of posting is quite unnecessary imo, and at times inflammatory, when all we really need to do is say “hey, here’s what I see”.
Thank you for your post Pumi and also a reference to what other traders have shown on FF & the internet over the course of time. Good to see you post here.
Maybe one day next week, not a requirement, you might post a chart at your time & availabilty with some example of your referenced maths lines
I could then compare them to what I see on my own chart view for interest.
You could choose any pair or indicie of your choice, will not matter, no probs.
I am always enjoying how others see the market.
Not necessarily seeing how they trade the market, but what they see on a chart

The way "I" see how markets work is very simple, I do believe price is king and in order to better manage my risk I like to look at "areas of interest" aka price areas. For example: if an instrument, letīs say Gold, made a new high it tells me that although price is trending high Iīm not willing to buy so high because Iīm intending to sell it in the short term, so Iīll be looking for opportunities BELOW that price. Iīll be looking for how price is moving...10 points increments? 20?25? in what timeframe are they moving? 10 points in 10 minutes? and so on..doing so is my way to gauge the market looking for opportunities to make a deal. Thatīs what I meant.

And you didn't say how your suggestions to DO things re time, price & money were to be done only in your particular way of doing. So no probs from me.

Three basic building blocks......... that encompasses all from A-Z... Just depends how you categorize or fit it in
Markets do not matter as chart is a chart is a chart... Take away the X&Y axis and one can not discern what that chart may be.
A chart is nothing more than a rational representation of normal human behaviour.
Heres a few samplings of misc charts in various markets. Simply highlighting basic levels of importance.
Levels=Areas of Possible Opportunity
SoyBeans
Soybean Meal
NQ
ES
NG
6B1 Pound futures
Treasury Bonds
Platinum
Point of these charts is they are all different markets yet they react the same to these basic levels..
Market Generated Information... MGI Nothing ambiguous about these Market set levels.. No squigglies no angles..Just simple
lines in the sand that the market gives us all everyday... But no matter what the level is more is needed (obviously) to trade
from them/to them/at them etc........
Timing Levels Behaviour of Price.... So we have Levels...the more is needed comes in the form of Timing and Behaviour of Price ..
