me personally i aim for max payout always…. With 50k max you can pull is 2k…..

Interesting times. Wonder how props are faring as only a handful have seen this level of volatility (last time Covid).

US equities, treasuries and the dollar all weakening at the same time were really bad signs. Not surprised Trump got scared and did a U-turn.

-Let me offer an alternative perspective.

Personally, I find it interesting to consider the timing of these market fluctuations (and reversals) in correlation to tariff start and halts etc.. It makes me wonder how many people knew about them beforehand, and even more so, if that was the point all along. Better to be cynical than to be naive, I suppose, even if that pegs you as a conspiracy nut.

Regardless of one's political affiliation, we should all strive to think for ourselves, beyond the box that has been designed for us. I suspect that most are not even aware of a box to begin with. Some claim to know, but are still being manipulated and brainwashed; they are just in an bigger box and do not even realize it.

Thats a good question. I caught half of that move of the ES yesterday on a two-contract trade on my prop account & on my private account as well. I just happen to on the right side that time. One of the best days I've had this year. Those moves in the ES, YM & NQ either passed or failed some prop evaluations.

I agree. For me I just happen to be on the right side of the ES move trying to just capture a few points in what I thought would be a short lived up move. I had no idea what was about to happen. Totally caught me by surprise.

Update on issues with Futures elite :

They first offered to conduct interview , this was suggested by CEO himself.

The account holder ( my wife ) first hesitated ( being woman ) , as she was not ready for this kind of things.

Later, my wife accepted one on one interview . She is full time trader like me.

The futures elite guys thought ( probably ), she does not know to trade.

Now, futures elite guys backed out from interviewing.

Now, with this, the matter is closed.

Their intention is not to pay money due . All 5 x 50 k funded accounts vanished. Payouts cheated by futures elite now stands at 5 x 1200 = 6000 usd. ( Profits in the account 5 x 1750 = 8700 usd approx )

I do not either want to pusue this matter further, as she is afraid of harrasment ( She is senior by age )

I finally used some MFFU payout money to purchase 3x $50.000 accounts with Topstep.
Passed today after a 2nd try.

Fortunately, today was more predictable, because who is going to buy after such a rally and at resistance (MNQ) ?

yes proce is drifting apart quite directionless accumulating and filling orders up/down.
good for quick trades, no matter long or short.
i suspect we go lower near 18360 or even lower where market will try check what is there since the giant move came out with almost no volume!

Easy said….buyers are far lower

Anyway, 1.5k left for eval
have to pause a bit now, however.
maybe will try get the 9k later

after a while I start to be biased on a direction or on a behavior and I suspect market can change anytime from now till end of day.
also i would not exclude to meet back up near day open, considering the crazyness, anything can happen

Yes! There was a huge gap in the volume profile and I have my target at 18.360,00 at the double tops on the 4H. That gap is below 360, so indeed probable to go lower.

hit a large trade in overconfidence and blown it.
a matter of few ticks.
i knew that!

however, had to waste money in resets in a over sized behavior.
got the 9k on one account finally!

by my side, i feel a sort of gamification in this prop world.
i mean, as long as you respect rules and reach payout evrything makes sense.
but once i am rejected a payout as happened, or even worst had to skip a payout period knowing rules were breached, makes me feel very bad about and my behavior becomes very bad.

well, this said, i now know what are the rules, aiming for another payout in 10 from now.
This probably was my last eval. Will think about if resetting another one i have with apex and connect it to the funded… maybe will wait later on

Think about trying in Monty's way. 50k's are much better option.
I passed the evals I bought yesterday in 2 big deals with minis and the left 300 usd with micros.

in second account had set daily target 9k. The trade was that huge that platform filled 4k more. Lol

tried many times the 50, 25 and even 100
my problem is about drawdown too tigth.
stats are clear, i have an average 56% win ratio and max consecutive losses goes to 10 before recovering.
considering i need at least 250/300$ sl calculation is simple.
previous funded account had some days went drawdown 3k, then straight back +1,3k with no large size increase, just good trades.
this, on a 50k account will not be possible. Maybe with lower size but so then same effort and less reward.
look, trading is a money thing. If i do, i want money! Not just satisfaction.

apex rules are well within my strategy, after some setups about 5:1 rule.
on funded have no problems with live trailing threshold. Imlearnt to stay with a fixed size or increase by 1 if good setup…
on other firms I have some issues, topstep for example has a dlll which usually triggers exactly at the stop loss where then market goes your direction for 500 ticks….
