Yes but the request was from the receiver. More time is always better for defense, from my understanding its 18 months preparation vs 1 month preparation so having extra time is always better.

That being said, the state of the prop firm market right now leaves little to be desired.

FXIFY is a big surprise to me with their 40% loss in traffic but it explains their recent payout issues

Could you possibly add The Trading Pit as well?

With increased traffic, shouldn't TFF get more customers and they wouldn't have all those issues people mentioned (e.g. trade execution delay, sending emails to people and terminating accounts cuz of "violation of rule 3.4.1" etc)? I am a bit confused...TFF was on my list but then I got cold feet cuz of what happened recently...

-It can be difficult to discern using solely traffic metrics. Some companies may dump money into ad campaigns and may not always be consistent with it.

TFF has always been a problem with >4 figure payouts. They also had a major server issue & made their traders eat the losses from their error. I have 200K in funding there, but the heads of the company are clearly not the most trustworthy individuals.

Yes that is true, but a non US prop with that kind of drop after the MFF shutdown is still very surprising to me.

-Yes. Ideally, we would see publicly-disclosed earnings statements, but since these firms are not publicly traded companies, then there is no obligation to do that. It would probably be a double-edged sword even if they did.

Ever since the CFTC issued the freeze order against MFF, many CEO's have made public statements ensuring that all is good even though it has been revealed that some have expressed uncertainty and nervousness behind closed doors.

I am personally unconcerned, but it is interesting to follow.

Fundednext and TFT both caught botting the traffic as well. 5000% rise in serbia (TFT) nice... More pakistani and serbian traffic than US.

Their support is just people answering like bots not solving anything. The matter is then escalated to some kind of black hole and disappears forever until my next interaction. And the account is obviously frozen. Great disappointment. I really thought they were something new.

- In the meantime I requested today a payout for E8. I have already received one in Plane so all should be faster now. This will be the real test to E8 after the initial mess with Plane. Let's see.

I noticed that FXIFY was very active in Telegram groups when they started but now they basically almost never show up. Those groups have 200K each and I believe it's a reasonable source of traffic for props.

May I ask...while you are trading with alpha, how strict is their martingale rule? I always think of martingale as opening a second or even third trade with similar lot size, so I just assume my trading style will not be allowed in their program. I just looked at their website again, and apparently while they forbid martingale, they allow people to keep opening new trades (for more than once) on the same currency pair as long as the lot size never exceeds the previous lot size. Has this been the case for you?

I had good 2nd experience with E8. Last Friday requested payout. Payout confirmed, contract recieved funds requested and payment recieved in bank account all on the Monday.

TFF . Monday payout requested confirmed and paid by bank transfer same day.

TFT - Requested Friday - confirmed Saturday recieved crypto Wednesday.
