Two AU trades from yesterday (breakout entry, taken on H4) closed today. 90 pips each. First hit its TP, and the second was closed manually. 4 reasons for exit: - AU already filled its daily range - W support at 0.973 - 161% fib-e of previous week ...

This is my only trade from yesterday: total gain 2%. Entry conditions explained in previous posts.

Your SL should have been placed above the W and M pivots, or better IMO, above the consolidation area. Better reduce the risk using MM, than setting a very tight SL (in your case below the historical S/R).

Just saw an POP-GUN, EU H4. Good position: just below W pivot and M pivot and below 50%Fib of previous week. Entry with half position, 50 pips SL. Waiting for retracements to trigger the second half position.

I an on it, +13 by now, but that pivot zone ahead makes me thinking I would better close this trade....

Anticipation is not a good thing when it comes about trading, but this time worked. The risk (SL) was very small. See red arrow on TDI, and smaller HA candles before taking off...

also on my watch list: AUDUSD and more, on D1 distance from red line and green line of TDI is 10 points, so an up move could happen

Went close to my SL, then +4 pips, now indecision. It looks like a strong bullish inside bar (H1), which can be very tricky. Let's see what the last 15 minutes will bring.

A possible down move - this is what the last bearish H1 candle shows, but without H4 confirmation. My concern regards that pivot area which is around. Personally i am going to wait for pullback this hour and find a higher selling point.

GU looks bearish too, but waiting this candle to close. If H4 candle it is going to close like it is now, would be fine a little retrace. As for the EU, if it will remain like it is now, it is going to be a nice H4 pinbar.

Thanks! That is what i did, regarding entries. I can not say the same for exits... Could have let them running down a bit more.

The reason for the second buy trade is M30 pin bar.
- cristiansan replied Jan 29, 2013
127% fib extension of yesterday range holds. 15 pips taken. PS: the opened trade (BUY) is now closed with 13 pips
