Okay, I think we've finally got to the end of the "debate" image Taking a period of 5, original/standard deviation/bands/whatever formula can be calculated at point 9. Your formula can first be calculated at point 5 only (shifting not included ...

No, it's not. What I've described here: is NOT how you calculate standard deviation. image You can see that the mean ( μ ) has no index. So there's only ONE mean value you work with at each point.

Yes, that's what I'm saying too. But your code allows this "same number" to be different. I honestly don't see how attributing the average to any price matters during calculation of standard deviation. The formula doesn't involve time or index of ...

Let me get back to this, just to have more questions The picture is from post 306, appearing earlier at post 292. 1. Bar #2 is a fractal bar. Confirmation that it is a fractal bar comes only when Bar #5 opens. At that moment, our fractal sequence ...

Still got work to do...

I've been reading the thread(s) since the beginning, but seeing all those questions and doubts from others put me off from trying it myself. But after seeing/reading these together in a short period, I just couldn't resist anymore. Took a big ...

I added my market profile indicator to answer your question. Both the market and psychology involve people (according to Google), so there must be some kind of a connection. It checks all price levels with 0.00001 precision (too bad I don't have ...

Same thing, but this time I applied a window having the same size as the stoch itself. So, in case of a 1440 stoch, I needed 2880 bars. I don't know if this is useful at all, just felt like doing it. Although, not having a nice extra GPU, it's kinda ...

Here's something which you might find useful to test the double CI method described earlier. This way you can save some valuable screen space AND add extra distinction to the different settings besides choosing different colors. The SpikeSize ...

Sooo, here's another toy for you to play with Big shouts once again to PiPtHiEf and FXWrangler! Changes in 2.30 bit of bugfixing (no refreshing problem encountered by some should be gone) removed some sidetracking functions (go back to ...
