Dxy currently struggling a bit to get past day's high. Get past that and we're looking pretty dollar bullish. US indices also selling off today (after potential double top) which is ideally what you'd expect to see here.

Yep yep true dat. Everything that guy just said. Nice little bull rally for the dollar. Now if we can get above the recent swing high printed early in the trading session, dxy might be looking pretty bullish with a potential double bottom. Stumble ...

Dxy currently testing last months lows and getting a little bounce. Let's see if it holds. This area also corresponds to 200 MA on daily and potential previous resistance turned support. Super important area right here.

Not sure if anyone else remembers, but last Thanksgiving the forex markets were quite busy. JPY and CHF, in particular had huge run ups that day. Dollar had a pretty good sell off as well. As soon as the Asian markets opened Thanksgiving evening, ...

I'm not big on head and shoulders patterns, especially on 5 min charts. But the principle behind them is solid. A series of HHs and HLs followed by a LH and then LL. If 1.880 is successfully breached, we'd be looking at a break of intraday trendline ...

Absolutely insane week for Usd/Chf. Just about 600 pips drop this week alone. Lets see if this long term trendline plus area of previous s/r can provide a bounce next week.

Anyone know what caused all of the Swiss Franc pairs to plunge down just a few minutes ago? It clearly wasn't dollar related. Maybe the market just selling off? Usd/Chf has had a hell of a week..

Asia couldn't get DXY past that high 107.5xx area where there was support back in August and September. London immediately comes in and starts buying. The market may prove me wrong but it's starting to look like there's more upside than downside ...

I feel like we're getting pretty close to shorting territory at this point. I just have a hard time believing g/u will break this longer term trendline (which it has been respecting up until now) prior to CPI release on Thursday. More likely seems ...

Sometimes the most obvious place on the charts to buy is also the best place to buy. We'll see if this ends up being one of those. Short term trade, immediate target 147.8. S/L 146.16

A whole lot going on with E/U right now. You've got this long term downward channel that extends back to February of this year which has currently been breached (although I wouldn't really consider that significant until it closes above it on at ...

Interesting looking chart for A/N. I'd say this trendline on the daily chart is significant.

Let's not forgot that we're not too far off from the the 1998 high. There's bound to be some resistance somewhere around that mid 147 area.

Nearly 300 pips straight up over the past few hours. Right now this is nothing more than a game of 'how high can it go until the clock runs out and the quarter closes?' Nothing more. Throw away your trendlines, throw away your fib levels, pivot ...

E/N currently sitting just a few pips away from a 2 year high. Next quarter should be interesting for this pair. I have a feeling things will begin getting interesting next week.

Bear trap or selling opportunity? Either way, you don't get these type of absurd swings without some serious market manipulation (and that goes for pretty much and GBP pair over the past week).

Let's see if it can make it past this longer term trendline. Technically, this pair is still structured to the downside long term, so this could be an area where sellers step in. However, if we get a weekly close above this line, we could easily see ...

I'm not completely sold on this early week bullish run quite yet. At this point it's just another counter-trend move in a downward trend. Currently at or around a major trendline area as well as the 100 period MA on the 8hr chart where it's been ...

Certainly a very large move for the day. Let's see if if this trendline will slow things down for now. I agree that the low 165 area (if it makes it there) is likely the max for now, at least without a retracement. However, it does look like it's ...

I've always wondered why people start talking about buying a pair AFTER it's just got done making a big move up. Short E/G at 0.8659. SL at 86.85. Looking for a short to medium term move here. It's certainly possible that it could break out and ...
