Should be some indicator auto set AutoScroll to ON. Try using a clean chart so see if the problem persist. Then test the indicator one by one to see which indicator.

After the fake spike high at 0.7760, AU had fallen 260 pips so far. Those fake spike sure means something. Still maintaining long term bearish view IMHO. Waiting it to retrace to short again. Happy Trading.

Yes, if 0.7753 it should be lower than the previous swing high. I had complained to them. FXCM said they will look into it and contact me within 3-5 business days. I wonder what took them so long. Not having high hope on them though.
