Thats what i am thinking too. FOMC no change decision will again drop US $ by another 200-250 pips and from that day, we will resume the uptrend. But before FOMC data, all the other data points to improvement in economy..so going by this week ...

I agree..it can be a fake drop in eur/usd. This is what happened when last 2 retail sales reports were release. Both the reports show good numbers beating the expectations.

If FED does not raise rates next week, there is no trend change because of carry trades. Yes traders are speculating FED will increase rates but i dont think it is going to happen next week.
