Can someone explain to me how the STOCH chart works? I read thorugh the part of the document that talks about it and have a general understanding but I would like a better explanation, else can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Using the knife inficator how do you use the fib levels when price is already above the existing fib leves in the indicator? Do you use the fib leves based on the 55 MA or the 8 MA?
