Thanks for that. I'll read that article. One more thing, which TF is most used to draw fibs? As I see it, drawing them on daily/4 hourly/hourly will each result in different levels.

Think of chart patterns as mountains. Lower mountains means the highs are getting lower. Lower lows, are like inverted mountains doing just the opposite. Hope that helps. If not, im sure other peoples' answers would be better

its great — This strategy indeed is great. 5 EMA and 10 EMA also works nicely. IT also works pretty well on hourly charts.
