This may help. take a look at Tools>Options>Expert Advisors you can control what event disable experts with the 'Disable experts when' check boxes. However i have never had to change these settings.

I think i understand what is going on. Compass is an introducing broker for two fx firms. One is FXDD. If you chose to use metatrader with compass then FXDD is the clearing house.
