Hey Fred, Attached is a very nice Windows-based utility for figuring out time conversions, initially included with Seller9's Casino dashboard. Just unzip it and run it. Hope it helps.

kasrafx, Copy the indicators in question from their subfolders to the MT4 "Indicators" root folder, right-click any item within the Navigator window and choose "Refresh" from the context menu. Or, you can close the MT4 and then re-start it again. ...
