Hi Ken, Thanks for the trade examples, always good to see. Just had a quick question about the AU flip level, I know you pay a lot of attention to market structure (highs and lows etc) as do I so was curious about your thinking on this one. I would ...

Quick question for Ken or anyone else. I've attached 2 screenshots of EU this morning on the 30min and 4h, this is a potential swap trade and like I've mentioned recently I'm a bit clueless with swap trades so wanted some advice. In this case there ...

I've been trying to take more swap trades this last week or 2 because up till now I havent really been taking them because I dont fully understand them. What I would like to know is whether with swap trades the market should pull back quite soon ...

Decent trade just picked up on EU, really tight stop of 9 pips so was able to hit +27 for a 3:1 reward.

I know all about close misses, had 2 just from today. First is a 30min silver trade, 2nd is a 4h AUDJPY trade. In hindsight the AUDJPY trade was my mistake because I should have put the entry at the close of the previous red candle which would have ...

Following my post earlier about non-forex markets seeming to be hit and miss, got yet another example from today, in this case DOW/wall street. Market just burst easily through 2 supply levels I had drawn in, and the lower of them was below what ...

I've seen a few questions in the thread about what to do when there are multiple levels you could choose in a trend and how to deal with that. I have a good example of that from the AUDUSD 30min chart this week so thought I would share it and I ...

Ahh yes I can see how that would be a problem OK EU is the first one, this was where I figured in hindsight it was a weak level because I assume thats what we mean when we say it wasnt a fresh level? 2nd chart is Brent crude which was the query ...

EU set-up I posted above working out well. Thanks to Kagawa I think I now understand that this is a drop-base-drop set-up as opposed to a swap level. I think I had misunderstood because I thought that DBD and RBR trades were the same as swap levels ...

New follower — Hi guys, I stumbled across this thread last week and have worked through the majority of it and I'm really interested to look further into this type of trading. I'm a scalper primarily but have always been interested in this ...

Hi everyone, This is my first post on this thread, I have finally finished going through the whole thread and think there is a great method here which really suits my trading style. Thanks to Teb for all the effort he has put in and also thanks for ...

Another reasonable set-up here. Price breaks the pivot level and then comes down to re-test it. Confluence with the 10ema and round number on the 5min chart. Entry would be the 5min hammer. EDIT: TP15 hit image

What do people think of this as a possible scooped up trade as you were discussing earlier? Price breaks up with a solid bar through all the MAs on the 15min chart and the 5min chart, then on the 5min chart a candle briefly retraces and closes right ...

That EU trade was the only one that I felt was strong enough to trade. The only other trade I have seriously eyed up today (but chickened out in the end) was the circled trade below on GU. Nice PA on the 5min and strong confluence on the 50ema ...

Just opened a trade on the EJ, Pullback to the 10ema on the 15min chart, also rejected the RN and failed to close below R1. The entry was taken at the close of the dragonfly doji on the 5min chart, indicated by the arrow. Market has moved up quite a ...

Question for the more experienced 5min PA traders (looking at you Kostas!) Following the trade I took which is highlighted by the red arrow, there was another possible set-up which I have indicated with the blue circles. Price comes down to re-test ...

Just picked up a trade on the EU, once again forgot to get the screen shot at the time of the signal but will make more of an effort to in the future. Re-tested 10ema on the 15min chart, and that coincided with a nice engulfing candle on the 35/50 ...

Just picked out a very easy trade on cable. Price came down to test the confluence of the 50ema, M3 pivot level and a clear support level from yesterday. Price action formed an outside bar/engulfing candle which along with pinbars/hammers are my ...

I picked out the same trade but with a slightly different entry Mr. Bear. Rather than using instant entries at the touch, I have been using Kostas method of studying the price action. The entry for me was the harami on the 5min chart, it wasn't a ...

Question here for the 5min price action traders (I'm looking at you Kostas) In the example below, where we get a retrace towards the 10ema within 1 bar on the 15min chart, it doesnt actually quite touch the level but then we get some price action ...
