I don't know what representative you spoke with, but FXCM does guarantee 100% your entry. As far as I know, FXCM is the only one which even guarantees it during gaps. (read my post on moneytec "trading the gap") Forexnews is an excellent resource ...

What broker are you using? With FXCM I got stopped out many times while I was still in the trade with an institutional broker.
