In my opinion, yes, Forex is quite hard, above all at first. It is not easy to become a consistent winner and even less a full time trader. However this is something that can be reached over time with discipline, patience and perseverance.

Yes, I also agree with that. A continued loss is commonly due to a lack of knowledge or experience, so it would be better to stop trading in live and start practicing in demo with new strategies until you target the right one.

Keeping on learning is what helps me the most in my trading, since it helps me to understand better the trends, indicators and analysis (mainly fundamentals). Also patience is a factor to have in mind.

For fundamental trading you need to know how to interpret the main macroeconomic indicators such as CPI, PPI, GDP, trade balance, retail sales, goods and services imports, etc. Then you will need to use this info for building your trading plan.

That's right. I never place a trade without stop loss, although this is a matter of every trader and the risk they are willing to face. Nobody knows when the trends will move against us quickly.

Yes, it can be possible to live off Forex trading, however not anyone can achieve this goal. You should be skilled and trained and have many patience, since consistent profits don't come out in a day.

Trading is considered by many as a business and should be treated as such, and as a job by others. However, the thing that you don't need to travel to an office and spend there most part of the day it doesn't mean you are not productive.
