sure it wont be difficult for them to prove that liquidity was low, but it will be very easy to prove their obligations in situations like this also written in their contract, as they act as market makers, and all transaction with them are OTC

they send to all email about revision of trades to 0.96 rate, no dead line to pay, they say to pay at first convinience, even if they ask with dead line i wont pay them as i find them responsable which is to clear according to their general business ...

it is not bad that i lost my investment but that loses are 30 times more than i had turnes into negative balance with, that kind of money i dont have and for sure dont mean to pay them

i think for OTC transactions that means fx spot and fx options, they are responsable for margin call stop out as they are market makers they must provide liquidity, these transacitons are not traceable, they is between you and your broker for RF ...

in risk disclaimer they say yes that it is possible, and that can ask for negative balance to be paid off, but nothin more about procedure in case of default but i had only OTC trasactins with them as market makers, so they must provide liquidity ...

you can add lot of other brokers here that request leveling balance, my opinion is that all that have lost just have to wait and brokers will go broke others who have positive balance should pick money soon as possible, but i think you will have ...
