So, BTC down $3,400 since the Tesla pump, and I think set to wipe out all of those gains during the next few days.

Three years ago I called the big BTC crash on this thread. Now I'm not calling another one, just drawing attention to this whopping diversion pattern on the Daily chart. Not a great time to buy me thinks!

In 2017 on this thread, I called the top on Bitcoin. Today, I'm predicting a very bad year for this cryptocurrency, it is screaming short and looks like dropping back to $5000 or lower.

Ages since I posted on this thread, but as BTC looks to be about to plummet to challenge the Dec 2018 lows, I thought I'd give a quick update. BTC looks well set to continue falling heavily back toward the bi-weekly 100sma - technically, there is ...

What interested me most from the very first day I began this thread and then following Bitcoin's demise all the way from the dizzy, euphoric highs of $20,000 for a single coin down to its complete collapse to just above $3000 ( but still way above ...

$1000 drop today. Its only hope now is a triple bottom, otherwise it's down to $4,500.

Just as all the 'experts ' were calling 50,000, 100,000 days before it collapsed. Who knows what effect the World Cup will have on it if any, but one thing's for sure - the 'experts' haven't got a clue.

Hi Bitcoiners, Quick post. BTC looks like it may be in big trouble again. The Daily chart looks set for another push down, maybe to as low as $4000.

I wasn't coming back to this thread, but I think it's important to say this, especially for relatively new inexperienced traders. Devise your own method, no matter how long it takes, learn how the markets move, learn how to identify patterns in ...

I'm glad. To you too!

Okay Bitcoiners, I'm outa here now as I don't trade BTC so I have more important things to focus on, but it's been fun watching and commenting on all the action. I have no idea where she's going to go from here---new lows for this year a definite ...

This wave stuff is gobbledy gook to me as well I must admit. I appreciate that wave analysts take their science very seriously, but to those of us who do not use them, it all sounds a bit evangelical.

Reminds me of a passage in the first chapter of a book I read when I was a lad - ' My early life ' by Winston Churchill... Churchill relates a story about the discursive game his Latin teacher played: ‘This is a Latin grammar.’ [The teacher] opened ...

76.4% fibonacci level from the Jan 17th low has held for today. Price may now rise back up to the H2 100sma at 11,750, and then onto the 200ema at 12,680. From either of these, it can roll over again, but for me it is significant that today's ...

Thank You, and you are welcome on any of them.

With a 100 pip spread? RU joking! This is just TA for those who are interested. I am primarily a Dax and GJ trader. I began with a £200 account, so haven't built it up to the levels where I can blow thousands on a losing trade unfortunately.

Nice rejection of the 76.4%, so out of the woods for now.

BTC found support on the 76.4% plotted from the 17th Jan low, but as I type it's hanging on by its finger nails and a break to new lows would come as no surprise this morning. It's in the balance!

50% has gone. 10,000 once again awaits, and this will be a massive test for BTC this afternoon if the price gets through the 61.8%.

Hi johnnathan, BTC has already crashed, as for me a near 60% precipitous fall from the highs is a crash whichever way one looks at it. the discussion now is whether it is going to fall some more, or head back up. At the moment, the jury is out.
