Withdrawing coins from exchanges doesn't necessarily mean they're dumping crypto for fiat. It could mean they don't trust exchanges and will self-custody.

His presentation is almost always biased. He's a salesman. He may have a "loss" of some X amount but it's up to interpretation what that loss actually means or if it's even a net loss.
