PayPal says it's not going to be part of the Libra Association. Blow to Facebook, especially considering David Marcus, heading up Libra, used to be a PayPal exec.

Guys, let me know if I got those things right:
1. Calibra is sort of a private bank which can facilitate instant payments.
2. FedNow is a private central bank (system) which can facilitate instant payments.
