U.S. lawmakers are moving closer to a deal on the Clarity Act after months of negotiations over ethics limits tied to digital assets. The latest language signed by President Donald Trump would ban top federal officials from issuing cryptocurrencies and would make the Justice Department the main enforcement authority.
