According to industry experts, it is more like 4 weeks to stress and about 10 weeks to the true operational bottom. Still it is going to get tight even if everything goes perfectly. However, I dont think the Iranians want it to go perfectly. Their ideal solution is to keep oil flow at about 50% as every delay ratchets up their negotiating leverage. We already have the start/stop the Straits going on and the move to require insurance. Both will only slow the flow.
