I think attributing excuses such as corrupt or inept to western politicians is an easy way to white wash their crimes, while their real motivations or the motivation of their backers (the usury oligarchy vampire bankers) is in almost all cases imperial and colonial - this might come as a shock to westerners due to the immense propaganda spell they are under, which btw is also manufactured by the same usury oligarchy tribe - if you ask people outside the west and more recently, inside the west as well of their opinion of murika.... its nothing but a blunt characterization of its behavior as an imperial, colonial and unjust empire, that acts as world police that kill millions and destroy nations around the world, the most destabilizing force in the world and possible in history!
