    President Donald Trump notified Hill leaders on Friday, the 60th day of the Iran war, that US hostilities with Tehran are over — for now — and thus don’t need congressional authorization. It’s a significant message to Republican lawmakers who have grown increasingly anxious and, in some cases, open to a debate over Trump’s authority to continue the conflict under the War Powers Act. That statute requires Trump to seek authorization from Congress to continue the war after 60 days, or to notify lawmakers of a 30-day withdrawal period. Ha - that would be an apt definition....BUT....I honestly doubt it.

The only way that happens (at this point, IMO) is if it's worked out with Iran to have a few final targets "set up" by the Iranians and the US blows them up saying "we finished off their launchers and forced them to make a deal"....which is better for Iran than would otherwise have been the case.

Are we all extremely jaded at this point? Sigh.

Just keep Iran as it was intended to by China along with the parallel economic measures: a bait to undermine USA's troops morale to ultimately divert resources to Ukraine after a few ambushes by it's satellites like for instance Hezbollah.
