What does this even mean? Either the ships can or can not pass the Iranian blockade. And what allies are left who want to work with us? And greater costs means --sanctions (47 year history of not working) or military action (will only work if the Straits are cleared of the Iranians. And finally, what about the mines? Will sanctions or bombs remove them?
