Ok I figured why he is going to Pakistan if it is not for negotiations. He is going to visit his buddies:

Aragchi grew up inside of IRGC institutions, he transitioned into politics later in life...
- He was part of the Iranian revolution as young as well.

Once you are part of the IRGC, you are always an IRGC!

Most are clueless about Iran

Iranian system is designed to sustain pressure.

Its institutionalized like no other system:
- You have parallel systems made to survive.
- Parlemenet and guardian council
- Judiciary and revolutionary judiciary
- Ministery of intelligence and intelligence of the IRGC
- Army and the IRGC

These parallel systems works as check-and-balances, if one get subverted, another will straighten it out - no bombing or killing can change that!

Realistically guys,
There is no way they are going to agree to any of each others terms. The Iran side doesn't even want to discuss uranium enrichment, missiles and proxies discussed. They say they are going there to discuss ending the strait blockade and to demand compensation for the war damages and an apology for killing their grand wizard Ayatollah. We already know what US wants; complete surrender.
It's a real waste of time.
