The only demographic Israel has left is the bible-thumping hillbillies and that's the only reason Trump has high approval among republicans. If Harris had launched the war then she wouldn't have any approval in the dem party nor the reps, a total popularity wipeout. Congress would fight her or suffer the same fate at the polls. There is just no way this war could have happened with Harris.
