They won’t be there for YOU in the future as YOU won’t be there in the future.
NATO and the USA’s allies will be there when a US President is returned to office that has the respect of his people, and the respect of the Western world.
NATO is not a force detractor it is a force multiplier.
After Trump’s little MAGA pal Orban was kicked from office ( nice work JD ), the EU can speed up the release of €90 Billion to Ukraine that Orban was blocking, on behalf of Putin.

The repetition is probably because he just came out of a meeting on NATO funding changes and he is reinforcing his reason for the cuts which is the same one he has been saying for a while.

Last time I checked NATO was set up to defend against attack - not start a fucking war with you & your lunitic buddy Nutty Yahoo. I've no time for the Irainian regime, or the Russian, or the many terrorist groups around the globe - but just bombing everything flat without any form of international agreement & then crying when it didn't work out as expected is typical DJT. I would love to been on the opposite side against this twat in a football match, & I wouldn't have needed any allies either!

You might want to recheck that NATO purpose. I mean they have a page on their website which is publicly accessible and it's literally called "NATO's purpose" - https://www.nato.int/en/what-we-do/i.../natos-purpose

The first paragraph is that of defense against incoming threats, but the second paragraph refers to engaging outside NATO sphere - "NATO not only helps to defend the territory of its members, but also engages – where possible and when necessary – to project its values further afield, prevent and manage crises, stabilize post-conflict situations, and support reconstruction."
