What was total production? Somewhere around 10million barrels per day give or take a million. So, this is about 10% of capacity. Plus another 700k from the pipeline hit on the pump station. This can generally be repaired quickly; maybe. So, so far looks like they lost about 15-20% of total output. Some of it, like the pipeline, can be returned quickly. The remainder longer, probably up to 2-3 years.

Separately refining sustained a significant hit, unqualified at this time. This affects not oil, but refined petrochemicals and products. This is probably a significant restoration effort lasting 2-3 years also.

Several neighbors maybe fared worse. Overall, not great for oil in the short term. Overall also a huge negative for oil in the long term. The world will make a move toward more energy independence, accelerated development of alternative fuel sources, more domestic production where possible, etc.

Its easy to blow up the pipeline, targeting one of the pumps is a warning to not bypass the strait.
