Just eat and drink as usual except don't let anyone see you when doing it between dawn and dusk. Then when you are in public with your friends or coworkers etc., complain to them how hard it is not drinking and eating for so long to appear you are actually fasting. Its never too late, fasting 1 day is better than fasting 0 days.

But not eating is only small part of fasting, you also need clean your heart and soul - you can troll, but you cant whole heartily support and cheer on murder of innocent, not half heartily either - you cant lie either.

You need to pray and wish well on those suffering and those who are currently hungry, who cant afford food, around the world.
- This prayer comes in form appreciating the food or drink before you indulge, when breaking the fast

You need to do good deeds while fasting and/or after fast, simple things: helping your family or your neighbor, if you see an old lady carrying heavy bags, help her - provide foods for birds since its winter in your country.

Fasting is about abstention and giving - these are the most important tasks - this will purify you and make you more resilient person, especially when hard time comes.

Your reward is spiritually, which after time will manifest into reality, by making you a better, kinder and stronger person.

You dont need to be Muslim to fast!

If this is true, I appreciate you exploring different religious rituals, especially fasting - its one of the most important rituals in the Abrahamic religions.
