I was long SPX for today and made $1,600 before breakfast. Just a small trade. My views on tariffs or anything political, for that matter, have absolutely nothing to do with how I trade. The story on the Trump tariffs remains to be written, as most of those he's threatened have not been actually imposed. We'll see how it turns out.

We're on the same page re: E/U, the dollar will be debased much further into 2026, imho. US stocks will continue to ride the AI wave, so I'll be a dip buyer there, too. I'll buy dips @ /SI and /GC. Etc etc. Watching the bond market for early warning signs of breakage - we all know it's coming, impossible to call when.

I trade a lot of different things & have threads in the trading forums where I talk about those actual trades. That's how the site works. It's not just a place to quarrel in the news story comments.

First, the notion that tariffs are "unconstitutional" is utterly ridiculous unless the Courts rule otherwise which Democrats would support 100% to impede the Orange man from his agenda supported by a overwhelming majority of Americans in the previous election that kept Kamala from further word salads to digest. As to p&l and dick measuring nobody really cares about anyone else's whether what's posted is truth or fiction so keep your dick in your pants and act like grownups.

I have nothing except time when in a trade. Look at a 6E chart and tell me what time price hit my targets @1.17790 @1.17930 and what time I posted them on here. Go ahead. I also said the 6E will probably reverse after my second TP @ 1.17930 was hit, what is price doing right now? I've been trading for almost two decades. Do you know what the 6E even is?

We will always have the ability to tariff. How can other countries stop us from taxing ourselves? And if you don't know that whoever is the importer PAYS the tariff, please try to educate yourself a bit more. It is literally an additional line item on the invoice. There's a reason why Costco is suing for its tariff money back. It is because they have STANDING. After all, they are the ones who paid it.
