MicroStrategy buys 390 Bitcoin for $43.4 million
MicroStrategy Incorporated, doing business as Strategy, acquired another 390 Bitcoin for approximately $43.4 million in the week between October 20 and October 26, according to the company's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing released on Monday. The company bought Bitcoin at an average price of approximately $111,117 per Bitcoin, which includes fees and expenses. After this purchase, MicroStrategy and its subsidiaries currently hold 640,808 Bitcoin, acquired at an aggregate price of approximately $47.44 billion, or around $74,032 per Bitcoin.
