They need to pay for their cheap chinese windmills and solar battery torches somehow. All of which are failing prematurely and can only supply enough power for each connected household to run a 1w led for 15 seconds. Fair enough statement to say it's all one big pipe dream if you ask me. Typical of the left tree hugging kind. To be high on goodness knows what and pipe dream away.
