Well the EU keeps feeding the Russian war machine and it goes on and on. They say they are for Ukraine but buy Russian oil and natural gas. Russian refineries are all operating at almost full capacity (what was hit was some storage capacities like one tank of about 50,000 l and nothing more). Drones can't destroy refineries, a nuclear bomb can. Russia can destroy Ukraine, let alone a country like Great Britain, in 48 hours! They are at war with Ukraine with 1/10 of their strength. Can't you see that not a single bridge, tunnel, railway station for logistics has been destroyed in Ukraine? Do you think Russia doesn't have the strength to destroy Kiev like Gaza or do you think the Israelis have more weapons than Russia!!!!

It's okay that they want to defend their homeland, but no one asked them whether they want to defend Ukraine or not. Ukrainians are going to the front under threat of execution. That's what all Ukrainians say. Trump DOES NOT WANT PEACE because if he did, he would stop providing logistical support and all the weapons that he has been giving to Ukraine for the past 3.5 years! Don't move the ball into Russia's court because Russia does not want peace until the causes of this war are seen and who wanted the war? (Great Britain and the USA), who armed and bought time for Ukraine to prepare for war? (Merkel said that they signed the agreement to get time to prepare for war). Once Russia has entered the war, it will certainly conquer half of Ukraine, whether Trump wants it or not. Not even the entire NATO that is currently at war but behind the backs of poor Ukrainians will help it. What would Trump want is peace and no one is to blame and to get all of Ukraine's resources without dead Americans. PUTIN WILL CERTAINLY NOT ALLOW THAT. America itself said about 1.8 million dead Ukrainians 2 months ago. So there must be even more victims hidden, maybe 2.5 to 3 million! Who knows? But there are no more men in Ukraine between the ages of 24-60. Now they are taking younger people and those who are retired over 60!!! Now you tell me where are those men? The English themselves said that if a Poseidon explodes around the coast of Great Britain, it will cause a radioactive wave that will cover the whole of Great Britain. What is not clear and do you really think I am spreading propaganda. All this is said by the West and they know very well why they must not openly oppose Russia as they oppose Iraq, Iran, Venezuela, African countries, Syria and other banana states.
Trump will not achieve anything, but will focus on having excellent relations with Russia, buying oil, uranium, raw materials, and gas, which he resells to the EU, as he has been doing so far, and looking after the interests of the US and, if he can, getting the EU into trouble so that they pay America for weapons, gas, oil, and everything else at higher prices.

Personally, I wanted a diplomatic solution many years ago , even more so when Trump became president. Now however , after recent meetings between Trump/Putin it’s clear to see that Russia doesn’t want a ceasefire , it has its own agenda .

Your partisan assessment forgets Russian casualties , propaganda works both ways , it’s an essential part of psychological warfare . I’m not sure what the thinly veiled threat of destruction of the UK achieves, I would however assure your comment is purely speculation and hyperbole .

Let’s all hope that Trumps current leveraged play ( the u-turn headline) gives food for thought in Moscow as Trump will certainly follow through with his rhetoric .

Ukrainian drone strikes have hit 16 out of 38 oil refineries since Aug 2025.

You do know why Russia is able to give more bodies back to Ukraine than the other way around right? Ukraine fights the Russians by making them bleed for space and time. The more time goes on, the more Russia bleeds and Ukraine gets time to scale industries. Yes Russia advances, hence why they are able to recover their own bodies and those of the Ukrainian fallen soldiers. Doesnt take much to figure this out. Both bleed in this war, but whatever you say is simply wrong beyond measure.
