Coinbase Demands Court Action After SEC Erased Gensler Texts
Coinbase has asked a federal court to order an expedited search of deleted text messages from former SEC Chair Gary Gensler, after the Office of Inspector General (OIG) confirmed that the agency erased nearly a year of his communications.
